Together, we will use the technologies of Astrology and Yoga to ease into 2025 by reflecting on our past, our present and our future while being fully immersed in the healing magic of Costa Rica's lush jungle and breath-taking ocean. 

 

The Portal is an opportunity for us to disconnect with our everyday world so we can connect with ourselves, each others, and nature; to nourish ourselves physically, spiritually and emotionally so we can step into the new year full of energy and clarity.
 

Everyday will start with meditation, breathwork and yoga lead by Sara G, and continue later in the day with an astrology session lead by Sarah L.

 

No previous experience is needed to participate, all bodies and levels can benefit of the transformative powers of these potent modalities and of all the beauties of this place. Sara and Sarah will customize the experience with each attendant's personal needs and ability in mind.

 

Between these sessions, there will be plenty of time to rest, play, swim, shop, chat, surf, kayak, and go discover our whereabouts.

 

Our home for the week will be Norte, a beautiful boutique hotel at Playa Guiones, in luscious Nosara Costa Rica, just feet away from the gorgeous Pacific ocean.
